Included inside the Sile river to the north and Muson Vecchio to the south, the area belonged to the agro centuriato of Altino, and still today it represents an absolute homogeneity of agriculture, living and road. <strong>The route starts from Casier and Preganziol, where radicchio cultivation has historically developed, and winds through Zero Branco, Scorz\u00e8, Trebaseleghe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The area has maintained its vocation for agriculture over the centuries. &#8220;<strong>The land of Radicchio di Treviso<\/strong>&#8221; identifies its name as the main element.<\/p>\n<p>Further south is the third thematic route, which, delimited to the west by the ancient Via Aurelia and to the east by a stretch of the Terraglio, passes through a countryside made known by the formidable existence of the Roman centuriation citra Musonem, once belonging to the ancient Patavium (Padua), and maintained in a state of perfect efficiency by the subsequent Venetian presence in the hinterland.<\/p>\n<p>The historical figure of the area therefore suggests the theme of &#8220;<strong>The Venetian countryside from Roman times to the Serenissima<\/strong>&#8220;.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The history and geography of the territory on which the Radicchio Road stands identify three specific areas.
